Artist: Kim Oanh Nguyen

Kim and Kjell were driving and happened to pass this lady as she was painting the mural. They stopped and Kim asked if she could take her picture.

Considering the almost perfect color matching of her clothes to the building you could be forgiven for thinking this was a prearranged shoot; forgiven but mistaken :) !

The store is called Antiques & Oddities and is in Portland, Oregon.
